 Anxiety's like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you very far.
 
Anxiety is one little tree in your forest. Step back and look at the whole forest.
 
Nothing is permanent in this wicked world - not even our troubles. 
 
Everyday gives a choice: to practice stress or to practice peace.
 
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it that.
 
In order to have good things, there must be bad things.
 
You don't want or need to know the future.
 
Think you deserve better? Give better.
 
Smile, breath and go slowly.
